Position Overview/Duties This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Direct This is a Direct Hire Authority, Section 1109;PL 116-92 dated 10/13/2026 to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
