Position Overview/Duties This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Competitive Positions to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: As a First Mate, Towboat or Pilot, Towboat, assigned to the Dredge Jadwin (Sanderford), the incumbent serves as an apprentice or pilot on an inland waterways towboat. NOTE: The duty location of this position is wherever the Dredge Jadwin is located.
