We're growing and looking for an experienced Blue Water Marine Surveyor to join our dynamic, field-oriented team. If you're driven, detail-focused, and ready for challenging and meaningful work, we want to hear from you.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Conduct field investigations for marine casualties, claims, salvage, and disputes
• Perform Hull & Machinery, cargo, and warranty surveys on a wide range of vessel types
• Deliver detailed, timely technical reports and client communications
• Serve as an expert witness in court or arbitration settings when needed
• Advise clients with practical, expert-backed insight and recommendations
• Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to operational improvements
• Mentor junior staff and support business development initiatives

⚓ What You Bring

• Sailed as a Tug Master, Master Mariner, or Chief Engineer (Unlimited)
• Graduate of a recognized maritime academy (or equivalent maritime background)
• 5+ years at sea in a certified capacity or 5+ years of relevant surveyor/maritime experience
• Strong background in marine surveying , especially Cargo and H&M
• Clear, professional writing skills for technical reports
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and modern digital tools
• Self-driven, commercially minded, and client-oriented
• NAMS Global certification is a plus, but not required
