Overview
Leviathan Offshore is a commercial diving company operating multiple support vessels, and we are seeking reliable Able Seamen (ABs) to join our offshore team. This role supports deck operations, vessel handling, and dive-support activities while maintaining a strong focus on safety and communication.

Our project load runs year-round, and vessel schedules vary based on dive operations. Because we do not operate on a fixed hitch system, ABs who stay available and responsive have uncapped earning potential tied directly to project volume and vessel demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with vessel operations, line handling, rigging, and deck coordination
• Support dive teams during launch, recovery, and deck prep
• Maintain deck equipment, perform routine checks, and report deficiencies
• Participate in JSA, toolbox talks, and PTW compliance
• Stand navigational watches as assigned
• Work closely with captains, engineers, and divers to ensure safe and efficient operations

Qualifications

• Valid AB credential (Unlimited, Limited, Special, or OSV)
• Prior offshore or maritime deck experience
• TWIC and applicable offshore certifications (HUET, SafeGulf/SafeLand)
• Strong situational awareness and communication skills
• Ability to mobilize quickly when vessels are scheduled
