Join our dynamic team as a Sailing Deckhand on our 77' Schooner offering 2-3 hour cruises from Falmouth, MA. This is a seasonal role from late May to September 15th. In this energetic role, you will be an essential part of the crew, responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness of our vessel. We are USCG inspected for up to 49 passengers and sail up to four times a day. We offer a set 4 day/ 40 hour work week. Your enthusiasm and hands-on skills will ensure smooth sailing, exceptional guest experiences, and a well-maintained vessel. - Support the crew in maneuvering the boat, handling lines, and managing deck operations during sailing trips
- Assist with basic maintenance
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests, ensuring their safety and enjoyment throughout their voyage
- Serve beverages onboard and serve catering during private charters.
- Conduct safety drills, inspections, and emergency procedures to uphold high safety standards on board and comply with USCG regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness of the deck area, ensuring all equipment is stored properly and the vessel remains ready for operation.

<Requirements
- Prior sailing experience is strongly preferred but not required.
- Must be able to pass pre employment and random drug testing
- Must be able to assist with heavy lifting and maneuvering large sails
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods in a marine setting
- Must be able to work 9- 12 hour days.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude towards guests.
- Previous hospitality experience required.
- Demonstrated teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of the local area and confirmed local housing is a big plus.
