We’re seeking a
Pressure Vessel Engineer
who thrives in a collaborative environment and takes pride in delivering
code-compliant, high-quality designs
for pressure vessels and aboveground storage tanks.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Perform and review
engineering calculations
for pressure vessels and storage tanks
- Create
design drawings, 3D models, and fabrication packages
(AutoCAD / Inventor)
- Ensure compliance with
ASME, API, AWWA, and NFPA codes
- Act as a
technical expert
, supporting engineers, drafters, and fabrication teams
- Collaborate with
clients, inspectors, and vendors
to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Troubleshoot design issues and support
fabrication and field teams
- Stay current on
industry standards and best practices
✅ What You Bring
- PE License (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in
Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in
pressure vessel and/or tank design
- Strong knowledge of:
- ASME Section VIII
- API 650 / 653 / 620
- AWWA D100
- NFPA standards
- Proficiency with
AutoCAD, Inventor, and engineering calculation tools (MathCAD or similar)
- Strong
analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
