JOB DESCRIPTION. Deckhands are an integral part of the safe operation of all vessels. They are also charged with supporting the captain and ensuring the necessary comforts of guests. This includes, but is not limited to, securing, maintaining and cleaning the vessel. Deckhands should be visible at all times and interact with the passengers on a regular basis in order to provide quality customer service.
Duties:
REQUIREMENTS. This is a very active job that requires Deckhands to be on their feet most of the time with the ability to: lift 25 lbs, getting on & off the vessels, climbing over barriers 4' high. Long days may be required during peak season. Must be available some nights and weekends. Due to USCG regulations, must be United States Citizen, must pass pre-employment drug test and remain on random drug screening program
SCHEDULE: Must be available Memorial Day through Labor Day including some nights and weekends. Part time and/or weekend hours available through the end of October. Morning, mid-day and evening availability required.
