As a Pirate Ship Actor, you are the heart of the guest experience. You’ll stay in character from "Ahoy" to "Farewell," engaging families in a world of buried treasure, sea shanties, and mock battles.
Key Responsibilities
- Immersive Performance: Maintain a consistent pirate persona, accent, and backstory throughout the voyage.
- Guest Engagement: Lead interactive games, teach kids "pirate talk," and facilitate treasure hunts.
- Safety & Operations: Assist the Captain with boarding procedures and ensure all "recruits" follow safety protocols while on deck.
- Atmosphere: Perform scripted scenes and improv routines, including sword-fighting demonstrations (safety-trained) and songs
What We’re Looking For
- Energy: A "larger-than-life" personality that can command a crowd of 40+ people.
- Adaptability: Strong improvisational skills to handle the unpredictable nature of working with children and the elements.
- Reliability: Comfort working on a moving vessel in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Background in theater, theme park performance, or boat experience.

This is a primarily seasonal job with opportunity to work year round with maintance.
A couple days a week in the spring, 6 or 7 days a week in the summer, a couple days a week in the fall.
