Key Duties:
- Assist with rigging and securing equipment to ensure vessel safety and stability.
- Clean and prepare the vessel before guests arrive, maintain cleanliness during, and ensure thorough cleaning after events.
- Assist guests with boarding, disembarking, and provide excellent hospitality.
- Help dock and undock the vessel per captain’s instruction.
- Monitor safety protocols, including life jacket inspections and emergency procedures.
Skills:
- Basic rigging knowledge and maritime safety awareness.
- Strong service industry background, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Clear communication and strong teamwork skills.
Requirements:
- At least one year of service industry or deckhand experience.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift moderate loads
- Reliable and committed to scheduled shifts.
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach.
- Available weekends (Friday–Sunday) and occasional weekdays.
- Shifts are scheduled based on event needs.
