Responsibilities

• Assist with rigging and setting up fishing gear to ensure smooth trip operations
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and ensuring their comfort throughout the trip.
• Help with docking procedures, line handling, and securing the vessel at various ports or anchorage points
• Educate guests on fishing techniques, local marine life, and safety guidelines to enhance their experience

• Experience or interest in fishing, boating, or outdoor recreation
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
