Voltari is seeking an exceptional Senior Naval Architect to lead the next chapter of our vessel design evolution. This is a unique opportunity to shape the naval architecture of advanced deep-V offshore platforms and next-generation USV closed-deck models at a company pushing the boundaries of electric marine propulsion, mission-capable craft, and advanced government-focused vessel design.
We are looking for a seasoned professional with deep experience in small craft naval architecture, especially on deep-V hull forms, offshore performance, and high-speed vessels where operator safety, ride comfort, seakeeping, and structural integrity are critical. Experience in racing craft, military vessels, naval programs, or government/military applications is highly valued.
In this role, you will lead the development of Voltari’s core hull design and help capture the essence of our offshore pedigree while advancing our future across EV and USV platforms. You will work closely with leadership, engineering, production, and external partners to define, refine, and execute vessel designs that are efficient, robust, and purpose-built for demanding operators and institutional customers.
This is an opportunity for a naval architect who wants more than incremental drafting work. You will have the chance to build, influence, and lead within a company that is bringing new technology, advanced propulsion, and mission-ready design into the marine sector.
