In this energetic role, you will assist with the day-to-day functions of maintaining the vessel’s safety, cleanliness, and operational readiness. We are looking for a deckhand that can show customers an amazing experience with manta rays and snorkeling adventures. Responsibilities

• Assist with rigging operations to ensure safe and efficient mooring, anchoring, and sail handling
• Support mechanical tasks such as routine maintenance and troubleshooting of vessel equipment
• Help prepare and serve meals or refreshments onboard to enhance guest comfort and satisfaction
• Provide friendly customer service to passengers, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deck area, ensuring safety standards are met at all times
• Support safety drills, emergency procedures, and safety equipment inspections regularly
• Collaborate with crew members on daily tasks to uphold high standards of hospitality and operational excellence

Experience

• Previous experience in maritime or related environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key
• Manta Ray knowledge would be great.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in outdoor conditions comfortably
• Willingness to learn safety protocols, emergency procedures, and vessel maintenance routines
