Job Overview
Looking for a dynamic Marine Mechanic to partner with. After 15 years as an executive leading multi-site Dental organizations I resigned from my position and decided to move to the Florida Keys. After struggling to find a reliable mechanic for my boat I realized that the market is in dire need of a company that follows the simple rule of "do what you say you are going to do".
With years of experience running businesses and the demand in the area, I am looking to start a business. I have the business experience and the capital but limited knowledge on fixing boats. I am looking for a Marine Mechanic that wants to partner and take on the mechanic role in the company. This is a great opportunity for a quality marine mechanic to make a lot of money, have input on the business and have zero risk or responsibility for the financials. I am open to how the agreement is structured to define expectations and ensure fairness and transparency.
