Come join Rodi Marine’s offshore crew boat team serving the Gulf of America. As a Deckhand, you’ll support safe and efficient transport of personnel and supplies between shore and offshore installations, while maintaining vessel operations and safety protocol compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in rigging and deck operations (e.g., securing equipment, tying up boat, etc.).
-Perform vessel upkeep—cleaning, painting, housekeeping, and minor repairs.
-Support loading/unloading of supplies and personnel, ensuring safe handling.
-Participate actively in safety drills and adhere to all USCG and company safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:
-Active TWIC card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential)
-Valid driver's license—essential for crew-change logistics
-Offshore or crewboat experience is preferred
-Mechanical aptitude or engine-room exposure is a plus
Preferred Certifications (not required but are a bonus):
-First Aid / CPR
-Firefighting
-Water Survival
-Rigging training
-SafeGulf or RigPass safety credentials
