Boat Tree Marina is hiring an experienced Marine Technician to join our full-service marina and boat dealership located directly on the St. Johns River.
We service inboard, sterndrive, and outboard boats and maintain factory certifications with Yamaha, Suzuki, and Volvo. This is a long-term opportunity with steady work, training, and real benefits.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on marine vessels
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance
- Service inboard, sterndrive, and outboard motors
- Prepare new boats for sale and delivery
- Install electronics, accessories, and OEM/aftermarket components
- Conduct river tests and quality assurance checks
- Identify safety issues and communicate findings clearly
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accurately report labor hours and parts usage
Qualifications
- 2+ years of marine mechanic experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of marine engines and vessel systems
- Ability to follow manufacturer specifications and procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong productivity
- Own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work Saturdays

- $37,000 – $67,000+ annually (DOE)
