Seasonal Deckhand / Mate Wanted

We are looking for a fun, energetic, reliable, organized deckhand to join our charter boat crew! This is a Seasonal position and must have open availability. .

Requirements: Deckhands must possess high physical stamina to working long, 8 to 10- hour shifts in all weather conditions, requiring heavy lifting (50 - 70 lbs.), constant walking/standing, and climbing vertical ladders.

Outgoing, friendly personality — you’ll be interacting with guests and ensuring high levels of hospitality.

Assist team with docking, general boat cleaning and upkeep.

• Assist with the safe operation and general maintenance of vessels, including mechanical tasks
• Help prepare vessels for daily outings by ensuring cleanliness, safety checks, and proper equipment setup
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to guests, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout their journey
• Contribute to onboard hospitality
• Collaborate with team members to ensure prioritizing of personal tasks to include needs that support overall operations
• Uphold high standards of professionalism

• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles is a plus
• previous deckhand experience preferred but not necessary
• Strong communication skills with a positive attitude and team spirit
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to learn new skills related to vessel operation and safety protocols
• Training will be provided
• A passion for working outdoors and engaging with people in a lively environment
